Quality Policy

The senior management has recognized the need to structure the organization to make the entire management system efficient, effective, and, above all, harmonious and to maintain it over time. For this reason, the company has undertaken the path to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, which will introduce some of the principles of Total Quality Management within the company. These principles state that quality must be pursued at every stage of the business processes, in every part of the organization, and in the behavior of each individual.

To address the need to improve quality at the lowest cost, we must find within our company the resources and potential to implement using all tools at our disposal, prioritizing, above all, personal and corporate responsibility.

The company's commitment is directed towards continuous improvement. This is achieved through the willingness of everyone, during their work, to evaluate progress, communicate areas for improvement, and propose enhancements.
Competence, capability, understanding of situations, adaptability to change, and personal responsibility are all qualities to be activated to seek and implement actions for growth and improvement.

With this perspective, the General Management sets the following primary objectives:

  • constant evaluation of internal and external factors related to the context, the needs and expectations of interested parties, associated risks and opportunities, and taking appropriate actions;
  • improving the intrinsic quality of the product;
  • enhancing customer services, particularly delivery times;
  • organizing work so that it can be autonomously executed by operational staff, even in the absence of the process manager;
  • rationalizing internal production and support processes;
  • giving greater push to the computerization of company processes and improving information systems;
  • ensuring product traceability;
  • improving the quality of suppliers;
  • enhancing internal flows and relationships;
  • increasing staff numbers, implementing targeted and appropriate awareness and continuous training plans for quality issues.
