Medical clothing
MONDIALTEX produces a complete line of hospital medical clothing consisting of: Lab coats for Doctors, Lab coats for Technicians, Smocks or Jackets, Unisex pants with elastic or ribbon, or with button or zipper fly, and Class I Medical Devices for Operating Rooms.
The fabrics used can be gabardine, sateen, or canvas and are produced both on shuttle looms and knitting machines; the compositions can be 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blend, or other fibers. The fabrics are all finished in optical white bleached or dyed with vat dyes (chlorine-resistant), particularly suitable for medical use and industrial washing, in addition to being mercerized and sanforized to prevent shrinkage.
Linen and textiles
MONDIALTEX produces a wide range of packaged linen for both departments and operating rooms.
All items can be customized according to customer requests and personalized with indelible continuous prints along the fabric, and with jacquard wordings, positioned silk-screen prints, or various types of embroidery.
The linen destined for operating rooms is all produced CE certified as Class I Medical Devices in accordance with European Directive No. 93/42/EEC.
MONDIALTEX also produces a series of mattress protectors such as sheets or covers, including waterproof and breathable ones suitable for long stays, with cotton fabrics coupled with waterproof and breathable membranes. There is also a line of Flame Retardant articles certified class 1 (fireproof) certified.
To complete the product line, MONDIALTEX offers Blankets and Bedspreads in various compositions, including Class 1 certified Flame Retardant (fireproof) line.
Operating room
MONDIALTEX produces a complete range of clothing and textiles for Operating Rooms.
All garments are CE certified as Class I Medical Devices in accordance with the European Directive, and where required, they are certified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) of Category III (Biological Risk).
Emergency and First Aid
MONDIALTEX produces technical clothing for emergency services provided to Emergency Services "118", Emergency Rooms, Volunteer Associations, Public Assistance, Civil Protection, etc...
The items produced represent all the requested types: ranging from simple sets with Jacket and Pants, Overalls or divisible at the belt, Vests, Jackets, and Coats; using both comfortable cotton fabrics and the most technical High Visibility fabrics in compliance with the standard.
Auxiliary Services - Maintenance Workers
MONDIALTEX produces various types of clothing for Auxiliary Services and Maintenance Workers: from uniforms for Home Nursing Assistants (ADI), to tracksuits for physiotherapists and rehabilitation, to workwear for Maintenance Workers and warehouse staff, Chef de cuisine Jackets and suits for meal distribution.
